Terms and Conditions
Invitations
Each invitation is individually handmade, which means there maybe slight variations per card. This means that every invitation is unique. They are however finished to a high standard.
Ordering
Four Paws Designs accepts orders by post, telephone or e-mail. Appointments can be made for you to come and meet Debbie to discuss your requirements. A small deposit is required on placing your order. A proof will be sent to you for approval. This is to be checked, signed and returned, as any amendments after its return will incur extra charges. Orders are usually dispatched within three weeks.
Freight
Four Paws Designs requests collection in person for local business. All other deliveries are via postal service. A charge will be made for such deliveries. Goods delivered outside the UK will be agreed by the customer.
Payment
A non refundable deposit for non in person orders is required. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs Debbie Hicks or via PayPal. Full payment will be required before delivery. Goods will remain the property of Four Paws Designs until payment is received in full. Other orders being collected in person, payment required on collection.
Prices and Samples
Prices per invitation vary by design. Starting price £3.50 per invitation.
Samples can be provided but remain the property of Four Paws Designs and are subject to copyright.
